Make a Wet Felted Pot Holder with Icelandic Wool
Wednesday 22 April 2026, 10-1pm
Warwickshire Artisans, Yew Tree Farm Shopping Village, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen, HENLEY-IN-ARDEN, Warwickshire, B95 6BY
Join me for a lovely, relaxing morning and learn how to make a beautiful pot cosy for your favourite plant. You will learn how to lay soft Icelandic fibres around a flat resist. Using soap and water you will agitate the fibres and with guidance will find out the correct time to remove the resist and continue working your 3-D piece. You can wok on a shape from pots that I will bring or bring a favourite pot that needs a cosy container. We will work on making interesting edges for your pot too!
Suitable for beginners and those who have felted before. Please bring a large towel to work on and a waterproof bag to take damp work home in.
Materials and refreshments are included. There is 10% off full priced items in the shop on your workshop day too!
Cancellation policy - Refunds are only available up to 1 week before the course date. Less than 1 week, customers are moved to another session with mutual agreement.
In the event of there being not enough people at a workshop we reserve the right to request customers move to another mutually convenieent date. A week's notice will be given for this.
