Have you ever admired a lovely nuno scarf and wondered how it was made? We will learn how to lay soft merino wool gently onto silk and go through the process of rubbing and roling to make the fibres adhere to the fabric. There are lots of hints and tips if you wanted to make one at home afterwasrds too! Do not worry about designs and colours. We will discuss this on the day and I work alongside you to produce a beautiful hardweearing piece that will be admired by all your friends and family. They may even ask for them as presents! We use soap and water and there is some physical rolling but we go at a nice gentle pace with refreshments and breaks when you need them. There is a light lunch included in the session too.
Suitable for beginners and those who have felted before. Please bring a large towel to work on and a waterproof bag to take damp work home in.
